Race Day Information:

Waiver/Packet-Pick Up Directions - Health & Fitness Expo

Dates: January 27 & 28, 2012
Location: Disneyland® Hotel Exhibit Hall
Expo Hours: Friday, January 27th (10am - 7pm PST) | Saturday, January 28th (10am - 5pm PST)
Free Admission: Open to the public

All runners must attend the Tinker Bell Half Marathon Expo for race number and packet pick-up.
Waivers will be provided approximately one month before the race. To pick up your race packet, you must bring a Photo ID and your signed waiver. A waiver must be completed and signed by each participant. If the participant is under 18 years old, the waiver must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. No exceptions will be made.

If you are not able to attend Packet Pick-Up, the individual picking up a packet on your behalf must provide the following items as well as his/her Photo ID:

  • A copy of the participant's Photo ID
  • Packet Pick-Up Authorization Form (Available approximately one month before the start of the event)
  • Event waiver signed by the participant (Waivers will be available approximately one month before the start of the event)

All of these items must be provided and no exceptions will be made. If you have questions, email Jenny Walls for more information!

Fundraising Minimum:

Each Tinker Bell Half Marathon Team for Life Member is responsible for raising a minimum of $800 by Friday, January 20th, 2012 at 5pm PST. Each participant will be race registered and receive a technical race day t-shirt, running cap or drawstring bag, as well as any race weekend celebrations in exchange for raising the $800 minimum.

Membership Fee:

$25 for Team for Life membership (will be credited to your fundraising page)

Fundraising Policy:

If the $800 fundraising minimum is not met by 5pm PST on Friday, January 20th, 2012, your credit card on file will be charged to make up the difference (to total $800).

These charges are refundable if you continue to fundraise and reach the $800 minimum by Friday, February 3rd, 2012, at 5pm PST. Once you have fulfilled your fundraising requirement, Lazarex will issue a refund for the amount charged to your credit card to meet the fundraising requirement.

Fundraising Incentives:

$1000 - $2499: Malibu Unisex Rubber Sports Watch with a Turquoise band (valued at $150)
$2500 - $3999: $200 Amex Gift Card
$4000 - $5499: $300 Amex Gift Card
$5500 - $9999: Choice of Garmin Running Watch or an Apple iPad
$10,000 and above: ONE WEEK LODGING AT AN EXCLUSIVE HAWAIIAN RESORT IN MAUI (airfare not included)
