Race Day Information:

Packet-Pick Up Directions - Health & Fitness Expo presented by GE

Dates: October 27th,28th and 29th

Location: DC Armory in Washington, DC

Expo Hours: October 27th: 4:00pm – 8:00pm EST | October 28th: 10:00am – 7:00pm EST | October, 29th: 9:00am – 7:00pm

Free Admission: Open to the public

Runners will need to retrieve their race materials at Packet Pick-up, part of the MCM Health and Fitness Expo by GE. To pick up their items, runners need to download and print their E-Confirmation Card in early September. A photo ID is also required.

If someone other than the runner is authorized to pick up their race materials, please ensure this person has a completed Packet Release Form signed by both parties. Additionally, the authorized person must bring this confirmation email and their own photo ID. Race materials will only be released when these procedures are properly followed.

Fundraising Minimum:

Each Marine Corps Marathon Team for Life Member is responsible for raising a minimum of $750 by Friday, October 21st, 2011 at 5pm PST. Each participant will be race registered and receive a technical race day t-shirt, running cap or drawstring bag, as well as any race weekend celebrations in exchange for raising the $750 minimum.

Membership Fee for the 10K:

$10 for Team for Life membership (will be added to your fundraising page)

Membership Fee for Full Marathon:

$25 for Team for Life membership (will be credited to your fundraising page)

Fundraising Policy:

If the $750 fundraising minimum is not met by 5pm PST on Friday, October 21st, your credit card on file will be charged to make up the difference (to total $750).

These charges are refundable if you continue to fundraise and reach the $750 minimum by Friday, November 4th, 5pm PST. Once you have fulfilled your fundraising requirement, Lazarex will issue a refund for the amount charged to your credit card.

Fundraising Incentives:

$1000-$2499: Red Star Sport Sunglasses (valued at $150)
$2500 - $3999: $200 Amex Gift Card
$4000-$5499: $300 Amex Gift Card
$5500 - $9999: Choice of Garmin Running Watch or an Apple iPad
$10,000 and above: ONE WEEK LODGING AT AN EXCLUSIVE HAWAIIAN RESORT IN MAUI (airfare not included)
