Mandatory Packet Pick-Up Directions

Dates: Saturday, June 23rd, 2012
Location: Sports basement of Presidio of San Francisco, San Francisco, CA
Hours: 2:00pm – 6:00pm PST
Free Admission: Open to the public

All registered participants MUST pick up their packets at Sports Basement. When you check-in you will receive a 15% discount off all items purchased between the hours of 2:00pm and 6:00pm. Plus Sports Basement will provide drinks and snacks for all athletes!

Fundraising Program:

When you race as a Team for Life member you raise funds to help end stage cancer patients get a second chance at life through clinical trials. 90% of all funds raised go directly to patients. Team for Life has one of the lowest charity minimums, offers great incentives, provides simple fundraising tools including a personalized website, like this one: (lazarex.kintera.org) and your own fundraising mentor to assure your success.

Fundraising Minimum:

Each Golden Gate Triathlon Team for Life (individual and relay team) member is responsible for raising a minimum of $500 by Friday, June 15th, 2012 at 5pm PST. Each participant will be race registered and receive a technical race day t-shirt as well as any race weekend celebrations, in exchange for raising the $500 minimum.

Membership Fee:

$50 for Team for Life membership (non refundable)

Fundraising Policy:

If the $500 fundraising minimum is not met by 5pm PST on Friday, June 15th, 2012, your credit card on file will be charged to make up the difference (to total $500).

These charges are refundable if you continue to fundraise and reach the $500 minimum by Friday, July 20th, 2012, by 5pm PST. Once you have fulfilled your fundraising requirement, Lazarex will issue a refund for the amount charged to your credit card to meet the fundraising requirement.

$1500 - $2499: Malibu Team for Life Unisex Sport Watch w/ a Turquoise rubber band
$2500 - $3499: Team for Life Hydration Back Pack
$3500 - $9999: 18 speed, Team for Life Mountain Bike, steel frame, alloy rims, twist shift, 3 piece crank
$10,000 and above: ONE WEEK LODGING AT AN EXCLUSIVE HAWAIIAN RESORT IN MAUI (airfare not included)
